Corporate Partnerships Fulfillment Coordinator

Michigan International Speedway is currently searching for an enthusiastic individual to join the best team in Motorsports, as a Corporate Partnership Fulfillment Coordinator to assist in the areas of activation and fulfilment in the corporate partnerships department
Duties:
Plan the timeline for and execution of each element in each partner's respective contract including, but not limited to:
o Implement and attend planning meetings; brainstorm with sponsors on how to best meet their goals and utilize their sponsorship to the fullest
o In-venue signage
o Market sponsor promotions through various avenues
o Secure and distribute ticketing inventory
o Execute events for partner employees or key relationships
Responsible for the growth of existing relationships in order for client to maximize spend and generate repeat business
Assist with the creation, development and implementation of new concepts designed to generate new sales revenue streams
Assist sales team with recaps, renewals and pitches
Assist sales team with creation of sales presentations and proposals
Support partners and other guests at the track and other events
Assist with impression data to show partners the value of their MIS partnership
Participate in strategic regional sales initiatives.
Work with Americrown, Communications, and other departments within Michigan International Speedway to develop and execute all promotional benefits, as well as fulfillment of all on-site benefits for associated group and premium sales partners
Maintain proper records within EBMS (CRM tool) and FanTracker as an inventory tool
Requires some nights/weekends and limited amounts of travel for conferences or trade shows
Assist with additional duties and task as assigned
Qualifications:
4 year College degree ? Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science preferably in sports management, business and/or marketing and communications
Minimum 1 year of sales and/or service experience
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Knowledge of (and / or) experience working in sports at the professional or collegiate level
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, publishing and database programs within a Windows environment
Valid drivers license

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
