Manager of Ticket Operations

Summary: This position is a managerial position responsible for the accurate, efficient and service-oriented operation of daily ticket and box office operations.
Essential Duties & Qualifications:
Manage Box Office Operations
Experience in ProVenue (TDC) preferred
Prior Box Office experience mandatory
Ability to work in current Ticketing Applications
Implement and coordinate event weekend preparation
Responsible for issuing and reconciling all event week box office windows
Hire, train & manage event weekend Box Office Staff
Assist in training seasonal staff
Responsible for day to day ticket office operations
Daily balancing of daily ticket reports and settlements
Strong accounting background
Strong Computer Skills with ability to learn quickly and work within in Web based programs
Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and able to multi-task
Maintain all timelines, checklists and event related documents
Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to maintain spreadsheets and files
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Outbound Calls Required
Prior experience in Ticket Sales preferred
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service Skills
Assisting in leading Outbound Calling efforts with Seasonal Team
Monitor Daily/Weekly Call Goals for Seasonal Staff
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of computerized ticketing systems; accounting and finance procedures including record keeping and reconciliation. Experience working in a computer network environment utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices. Able to work flexible schedules including some evenings, weekends as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
