Job Duties and Qualifications Meet and work with residents to create positive relations, through communication and professionalism.
Professional attire a requirement.
Ensure all residents meet compliance requirements established in the company's Rules and Regulations.
Maintain programs for applicant approvals, resident occupancy, and ledgers.
Responsible for posting rent, deposits, collection on delinquency.
Lease preparation and agreements.
Seek proposals and create purchase orders for repairs, maintenance.
Entering and tracking invoices for payment.
Continually inspect property for deficiencies and making improvements.
Direct grounds maintenance.
Thorough lot inspections.
Salary base and commission opportunities.
